Yes. We provide island wide delivery across Sri Lanka through trusted courier services.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
4. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are:
Colombo & nearby areas: 1–2 business days
Other areas in Sri Lanka: 2–4 business days
Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to courier delays.
5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.
6. Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
Ordering the wrong item
Changing your mind after purchase
No longer needing the product

7. What if the product is defective?
If a product has a manufacturing defect and is still within its warranty period, you may request a warranty exchange.
Refunds are not provided. Only a replacement product will be issued if the defect is confirmed.

All delivery or shipping costs related to warranty claims must be paid by the customer.
This includes both sending the product to us and receiving the replacement item.

Original packaging and box
All accessories included
No physical damage or scratches
Original warranty/security sticker intact
Products damaged by misuse, liquid, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible.
