Warranty Exchange Policy (Defective Products Only)

An exchange may be possible only if the product has a verified manufacturing defect and is still within its specified warranty period.

Warranty Terms

No Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for warranty claims. If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement product only.

Different Warranty Periods
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product (for example: 1-month hardware warranty or 6-month software warranty).

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about and understand the warranty terms before purchasing.
suki.lk will not be responsible for complaints made after the purchase regarding warranty conditions.

Delivery Costs
All delivery or shipping costs related to warranty claims (sending the item to us and receiving the replacement) must be paid by the customer.

  • Your original order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defect (if available)

Our team will guide you through the inspection and exchange process.


Conditions for a Valid Warranty Exchange

To qualify for a warranty exchange, the product must be returned with the following:

  • Original packaging and box

  • All accessories (manuals, cables, etc.)

  • No physical damage, scratches, or visible wear

  • Original security/warranty sticker intact and not tampered with


Warranty Exclusions

Warranty exchanges will not be accepted if the damage is caused by:

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Liquid or water damage

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Broken or removed warranty seals

  • Physical damage caused by the customer
